Delaying Test #1 until Sept. 20-26

In order to give a bit more time for the problems at WebAssign to be resolved, I am delaying Test #1. The dates for the test are being shifted to Sept. 20-26, i.e. the test is being shifted back two days from the original schedule which was Sept. 18-24.

The testing enters close before 5 PM on Fridays, so that means that there will be no evening testing available until Tuesday, Sept. 24. Evening testing is what I wish to delay, because the evenings is when the WebAssign slowdowns have been occurring for the most part.

Hopefully all WebAssign problems will be resolved soon. Meanwhile, if you're thinking ahead as to when you will be taking your test, I would urge you to avoid evening hours if possible.
